Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Are you an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking a skilled Assembler to build, test, and repair electro-mechanical assemblies to the highest quality standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work from technical drawings, SOPs, and CMMs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electro-mechanical components, including fan/motors and heaters, following technical drawings and specifications.
- Use hand tools and measuring equipment such as torque drivers, micrometers, and verniers.
- Conduct drilling, tapping, reaming, countersinking, filing, buffing, lubrication, and other assembly tasks.
- Connect cables and wires according to specifications.
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain assembly equipment and follow all manufacturing procedures.
- Complete all relevant documentation accurately.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements, including the use of PPE.
- Provide support to colleagues and, when required, train others in line with the local skills matrix.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, SOPs, and CMMs.
- Experience with small component assembly and soldering.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Self-motivated, with good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Basic IT skills to manage documentation and records.
